Just a short one today. I've been playing with my new dip pen which I picked up this morning and generally been lazing around reading my Oh Comely mag. I discovered the ever so talented Sarah Maycock who has inspired me to pick up my drawing ink again, as well as reading about a lego grand prix and admiring some beautiful backpacks. (I wrote a blog post about it here a couple of years ago!) I've got an awful headache so I think I'll carry on having an easy day off, listen to The Album Leaf and do something creative. ReplyDeleteI used to love playing around with my Grandad's calligraphy pens when I was younger... sadly my handwriting just isn't neat enough for me to make it an actual hobby!

I only discovered Oh Comely last month and am in love...read it from cover to cover in a matter of hours. Will need to go and buy this months too, it is just so inspiring and makes me want to be more creative
