Remember when I wrote this post and mentioned healthy eating? Well here's an update! The healthy eating is going well. I've replaced most of my snacking with healthier alternatives such as bananas, grapes, carrots and raisins. Sometimes I still crave chocolate but if I eat that then I do only have a little bit. It's definitely not as bad as before when I could eat a whole galaxy bar! I've been trying to eat the healthy things as a priority if I'm really hungry, and then moving on to a bit of chocolate if I'm still craving something sweet. I've replaced lunches when I'm at home from beans on very buttery toast to chicken salad sandwiches, and having that with grapes rather than a chocolate bar. I think I've conquered the bad snacking part now, and so I've just got to tackle the rest! I try and cook healthy meals in the week but most of the time I slip up on the weekends when I see friends and often we end up with pizza. I think I need to start tackling excercise too, which is a huge mission for me! Anyay, I'll keep you updated! :) xo
